The Bnei Ayish settlement is a small rural village, with a population of some 8000 residents. The settlement is located on the southern coastal plain, in the geographical region known in research literature as "the Judea Coastal Plain" or the "Pleshet coastal plain", which extends from the Shikma River in the south to the Yarkon River in the north. The coastal plain of the land of Israel is characterized by a sandy strip of land that runs along the seacoast, about seven km wide at its widest point. Bnei Ayish is located on the limestone mountain range known as "Erez Mountain Range". This range is characterized by hills that are detached from one another and are arranged in a longitudinal axis.
